The Radon-gauss Transform
Gaussian measure is constructed for any given hyperplane in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space, and this is used to define a generalization of the Radon transform to the infinite dimensional setting, using Gauss measure instead of Lebesgue measure. An inversion formula is obtained and a support theorem proved.
متن کاملRadon transform and curvature
We interpret the setting for a Radon transform as a submanifold of the space of generalized functions, and compute its extrinsic curvature: it is the Hessian composed with the Radon transform. 1. The general setting. Let M and Σ be smooth finite dimensional manifolds. Let m = dim(M). A linear mapping R : C∞ c (M)→ C∞(Σ) is called a (generalized) Radon transform if it is given in the following w...
متن کاملIsomorphism between Differential and Moment Invariants under Affine Transform
Abstract—The invariant is one of central topics in science, technology and engineering. The differential invariant is essential in understanding or describing some important phenomena or procedures in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology or computer science etc. The derivation of differential invariants is usually difficult or complicated. This paper reports a discovery that under the affin...
متن کاملAlgorithms for an Adaptive Discrete Radon Transform
From the discrete radon transform (DRT), R(t, m) of a p x p image I(x, y), intensity at (t, m) results from the sum of intensities, I of elements, (x, y) along a projection of x = my + t (mod p), the resultant transform of the image presented has an averaging effect. If information is required for a subset of the image, it cannot be extracted from transform of the complete image. It is therefor...
